Reporting bugs

When emailing about a bug, please include:

  1. TchueKAM version — find this in Settings → About
  2. Operating system and version — e.g. "Windows 11", "macOS 14 Sonoma"
  3. What you were doing — step-by-step
  4. What happened vs. what you expected
  5. Logs — attach the relevant log file from:
    • Windows: %AppData%\TchueKAM\logs\
    • macOS: ~/Library/Logs/TchueKAM/
    • Linux: ~/.config/TchueKAM/logs/

Security disclosures

If you've found a security vulnerability, please email support@tchuekam.com with [SECURITY] in the subject line. We'll respond within 24 hours and work with you on responsible disclosure.
