By downloading or using TchueKAM Agent, you agree to these terms.

License​

TchueKAM is licensed to you free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may install it on as many devices as you own or control.

Acceptable use​

You agree not to use TchueKAM to:

  • Generate or distribute illegal content
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Bypass security or rate-limiting measures
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute modified versions without permission

AI-generated content​

TchueKAM's AI may produce inaccurate, biased, or otherwise undesirable output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it — especially for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions.

You own the content you create with TchueKAM. We claim no rights over it.

Service availability​

TchueKAM is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will continue to be available. Updates may add, remove, or change features.

Limitation of liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TchueKAM and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

Termination​

You may stop using TchueKAM at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone violating these terms.

Changes​

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law​

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Douala.
